Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

⚠️ Important: Before returning or requesting a refund for any order, please contact us first.


Return Eligibility 

We only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The customer received the wrong size
  • The customer received the wrong color

Returns for any other reasons (such as change of mind, dislike of product, or ordering mistake) will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages, Wrong Size or Color

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong size
  • You received the wrong color

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in cases of:

  • Wrong size sent
  • Wrong color sent
  • Damaged/defective items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

⚠️ However, based on our store policy, we only accept returns if the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect size
  • Incorrect color

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery only if the return meets our eligibility conditions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank
