Refund & Return Policy

At Ebusiness Retail LTD (Wearnests), we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This policy explains our procedures for cancellations, returns and refunds. Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict or exclude any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
1. Cancellation and Return Period
For eligible online purchases, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. To exercise this right, contact us within the applicable cancellation period at info@wearnets.com.
2. Return Eligibility
To help us process your return efficiently, products should be returned in an appropriate condition and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging, accessories and accompanying materials. You may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, we may make an appropriate deduction if the value of returned goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining them.

Please provide your name, order number, product you wish to return and reason for contacting us. We will provide the relevant return instructions. Do not send a return to our business address without first receiving return instructions, as the appropriate return location may differ depending on the product or fulfilment arrangement.
4. Change-of-Mind Return Shipping
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we tell you otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover the cost. We recommend using an appropriate tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Where the goods do not conform to the contract, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
6. Refunds
Once a return has been received and assessed, we will notify you regarding the refund. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law. Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Original Delivery Charges
Where required by UK consumer law following a valid cancellation, eligible standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery service than our least expensive standard delivery option, any additional delivery cost may not be refundable where permitted by law.
8. Exchanges
We do not normally provide direct product exchanges. If you require a different size, colour or product, you may return an eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
9. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as quickly as possible at info@wearnets.com or +44 7729 470358. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before dispatch, but cancellation before shipment cannot always be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.
10. Refund Delays
After we confirm that a refund has been processed, please allow reasonable processing time for your bank or payment provider. If you have not received an expected refund after allowing sufficient processing time, contact your bank or payment provider first and then contact us if further assistance is required.
11. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights available to consumers under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
