Shipping Destination
We currently offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. Any available shipping option and its exact charge will be displayed before you place your order at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after normal business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 2–5 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore approximately 3–7 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment. The amount shown at checkout is the shipping charge applicable to that order and delivery address. We do not add undisclosed shipping or handling charges after an order has been placed.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order after dispatch. Tracking availability can depend on the delivery service used.
Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or it arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier where appropriate to resolve the issue.
